Since almost two decades ago, the company is one of the most important companies in the market.

Consulted about the beginning of the company, his actual president, Enzo Guisti, states that it all started around the 90s, when he – together with his partners – were only focusing on the transportation part of the business.

The desire to keep growing, their reputation as a company and the loyalty of their workers was what allowed Blinki to become what it is today.

We started around 1996 being only hauliers, until we had the opportunity to acquire one ship. From that date on, we started to produce and never stoped, he told the news reporter.

Blink now counts with their own ships and more being hired on demand, for what they can now provide the quality of the material the costumer needs, by fulfilling each step of the process.

Their ships travels around 12 hours in the zone of San Pedro, en search of sand banks with great quality, Guisti explained.

About the work per se, Giusti coments that the first step to make the extraction is with a permission from the CONINDELTA, required to work specifics parts of the river.
